2022 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

Sourced from vineyards in the north Willamette Valley the 2018 Ruby Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is a beautiful representation of the warm vintage. 2019 Laurelwood Blend Pinot Noir

Grown on unique laurelwood soil– deposited at the end of the last ice age on the east facing slopes of the Chehalem Mountains in the north Willamette Valley– this 2019 Pinot Noir consists of grapes farmed on our estate at 400 feet elevation and neighboring vineyards on our hillside up to about 750 feet. A cherry nose is darkened by aromas of baking spice, peppercorns, and dust. Soft tannins and balanced acidity highlight the mouth filling dark red fruit of cherries and berries.

2019 Old Vine Estate Pinot Noir

The Ruby Vineyard Old Vine Estate Pinot Noir  is entirely comprised of 43 year old own rooted pinot noir from our estate vineyard. On the nose there are hints of ripe red fruits over-laid by darker toned blue fruits. The generous pallet shows off the deep concentration of old vines and the 2019 growing season. Soft yet supple tannin’s carry the wine through the mid-pallet leaving the taster with a slightly spicy finish.

2019 Hendricks Legacy Pinot Noir

This Pinot Noir honors the legacy of Ruby co-owner Steve Hendricks' great-great-grandfather, Abijah Hendricks, a pioneer on the first wagon train on the Oregon Trail in 1843. The wine was made from the Timbale & Thyme Vineyard, situated within the 640 acre parcel homesteaded by Abijah and Mary Jane Hendricks in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Its label bears the land deed originally granted to the Hendricks Family.
